Baking with my mom since I was two taught me that joy doesn’t come from perfection - it comes from warm kitchens, good ingredients, and a little bit of a mess.

After graduating from the University of Illinois and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, I worked on a 5-star pastry team in Palm Beach, in an Oreo cookie factory, and in Micelin-Star kitchens. Now, Made by a Blonde is where all that experience comes together.
